Given enough time, we can strip and recondition your engine to standard spec; or we can go that bit further and match the reciprocating parts in weight and then balance the crank, flywheel and clutch mass to our tried and tested formula.

In conjunction with this work it is possible to increase the bore size of a 1000cc engine, using forged, lightweight pistons increasing capacity to approximately 1050cc producing a very powerful, smooth and incredibly free revving engine.

It is also possible to apply the same philosophy to the 650cc engine, producing a revvy short stroke engine of 750cc or 850cc depending on bore size.

This is very skillful, painstaking and expensive work but it will transform the engine into a higher level of smoothness, power delivery and ultimately, pleasure...
